Psychotherapy & Counselling
Sophia Therapy offers face to face individual psychotherapy and counselling for adults from an experienced team working to United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) standards and code of ethics.
Our office is located in central Cardiff area in a converted synagogue near Cardiff Castle on Cathedral Road.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 9pm and on Weekends 9am and 6pm.
